Untreated spring water, from Mill Brook Springs, is pumped into a sanitary stainless steel tank truck, and transported to the bottling plant. The water is pumped into the bottling system via a sanitary stainless steel pump . The water is then filtered and ozonated (with extra oxygen), to ensure that the water, bottles and caps are clean and sterile.  Compressed air is used to operate the bottle unscrambler, bottle cleaners, capping machines and case erector. Our compressed air is Ultra Filtered to remove all traces of dirt, moisture and oil mist.

Tractor trailer loads of 1/2 liter & 2 liter plastic bottles, in cartons, are delivered to the plant. The cartons of empty bottles are then dumped into the hopper of the unscrambler, which places the bottles, in single file, onto assembly line conveyor belts. The conveyors transport bottles to the bottle washer, after which they move to rotary, high speed stainless steel automatic filling machines.

Filled bottles then move on to automatic capping machines which screw on " tamper evident " bottle caps with uniform torque.

Bottles flow to an accumulator table, where they are placed into cartons, which have been pre-folded by a case erector. Cartons are sealed, top and bottom, by a case sealing machine, then stacked, onto pallets. Pallets are stacked onto pallet racks, in our warehouse with a fork lift.

Our stock is rotated regularly, and we ensure that each batch is laboratory tested before releasing it for sale to the public.
